RECIPE IDEAS
- Season the pasta with diced courgettes, salmon and avocado . Also good cold!
- Keto Rice Salad : Cook keto rice and add your favorite ingredients such as; Tuna, salami, frankfurters, ham blocks, cheese blocks, olives.
- Cold pasta with spinach and avocado pesto ; To prepare the pesto, blend the avocado 1/2, the spinach 40 g , the sesame seeds, the basil leaves, a pinch of salt and pepper with two or three tablespoons of water with the immersion blender in a container with edges high, until everything is reduced to a soft cream. Season the cold pasta with the cream, add onion rings and cherry tomatoes.
